Warranty and Insurance Policies

1. WWV will insure all damaged or malfunctioning parts caused by factory production for 1 year from the day the machine is set up or the day WWV sends out delivery note, whichever occurs first. 2. Warranty does not include on-site inspection and maintenance, which does not concern damages caused from no. 1. 3. If the damage occurs according to no. 1 and the machine is still within the warranty, WWV will responsible for all fees occurred (applied to all machines within Bangkok metropolitan region, for those out of this area, transportation fees may be charged accordingly) 4. Warranty will expire immediately, if the machine is being transported NOT by WWV or its authorized partners. 5. Warranty will expire immediately, if the machine is being fixed, edited, renovated and/or changed in any parts NOT by WWV and its authorized partners. 6. Warranty will NOT be responsible for damages caused by the followings; 6.1. Misusage 6.2. Unauthorized fixation and/or edition. 6.3. Unauthorized transportation. 6.4. Insufficient maintenance advised by WWV. 6.5. Accidents and/or natural disasters 6.6. Inappropriate electricities 6.7. Customers using the machine 6.8. Scratches, and other abrasions on the surface of the machine 6.9. Animals (in some case, warranty may expire immediately) 6.10. Other cases that do not comply to no. 1. 7. All WWV products are non-refundable. 8. Warranty will expire immediately, if the machine is being shipped out of country. 9. During warranty, WWV may fix or change the machine depending on its discretion. 10. After fixation and/or edition, the warranty will continue as before. 11. WWV reserves the right to calculate the fees of fixation and edition accordingly. 12. WWV reserves the right to amend the warranty conditions without advanced notifications.
